Charley Toppino started producing ready-mix concrete in 1947, providing concrete and concrete block manufacturing for many historic landmark construction projects throughout the Florida Keys until the late 70’s. In 1997, Charley Toppino & Sons established Monroe Concrete Products to fill a much-needed void in the marketplace for quality concrete. Monroe Concrete is now the largest concrete producer in the Florida Keys.
